| Ran 38:59 (6:49, 12:38, 18:42, 24:59, 31:20, 37:35 = 6:49, 5:49, 6:04, 6:17, 6:21, 6:15, 1:15). Tough uphill first mile then fast downhill second mile, after that fairly level with no significant hills. A little warmer than ideal but not bad. Felt fatigued fairly early -- no doubt from the long travel day on the 2nd and being up late last night at the Olympic Trials.
